Akshaj Jois

I like building useful products and proving they work in the market. At Mach Exchange I led growth and analytics, took weekly trading volume from $200K to $10M, grew wallets from 70 to 600+, set up BigQuery and PostHog to measure what mattered, ran targeted campaigns, and cut transaction failures by 2x. I shipped fast, logged issues in Linear, and let user insight drive the roadmap.

As a Founder

I started DeathlessDAO, raised $40K in grants, grew a 100K+ audience on TikTok, and built a 1,000+ member Discord around longevity. I also bootstrapped a biohacking community in five days during Art Basel by raising 5 ETH on the ground. With Jois Food Technologies I explored 3D bioprinting for sustainable protein and learned how to navigate deep tech from zero.

As a Builder

I work with various frameworks and adopted new tools like Cursor and Claude Code into my workflow. I love to build quickly in diverse environments, experiment with new stacks, and prove concepts under real-world constraints. I love to integrate AI tools into development, balance speed with reliability, and design systems that evolve with user needs.

As a Growth Specialist

At Mach Exchange, I grew weekly trading volume from $200K to $10M and 8x'd the user base through data-driven campaigns and A/B testing. I've mastered viral content strategies, community engagement, and product-market fit optimization.

My Philosophy

My philosophy is high agency. I take ownership, move fast, and raise the bar on what I commit to. I strive to do more than expected, keep a bias to action, and learn in public. I am intellectually curious, comfortable diving into new domains, and I connect ideas across fields until they become products people choose.

My 2025 Digital Nomad Journey

This year, I fully embraced the digital nomad lifestyle, traveling across Asia while building products, creating content, and leveling up as a developer, marketer, and founder.
